Bookings
Northwest Chauffeur Specialist Ltd endeavors to ensure our vehicles arrive at the specified time and location. However, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like mechanical issues or traffic.
The driver will select the most appropriate route unless otherwise directed by the client, which may incur additional charges.
- Additional Stops: Unplanned stops are subject to driver availability and additional charges.
- Waiting Time: Charged at our standard rate of £30 per hour for E Class and £50 per hour for S and V Class, billed pro rata.
Airport Collections
Our prices include flight tracking, Meet & Greet, car park fees, and up to 1-hour waiting time post-disembarkation. Beyond 1 hour, waiting time is charged at £30 per hour pro rata, including additional parking fees.
If flight or train details were not specified during booking, waiting charges commence from the booked time.
Cleaning and Damage
If a vehicle requires special cleaning due to passenger misuse, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee, typically between £30 and £100.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 12 hours before collection – No charge.
- Less than 12 hours before collection – 100% of the full price will be charged.
- Wedding Bookings: Cancellations within 1 month forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days incur full charges.
- No-show: Failure to appear at the designated pickup point results in forfeiture of all payments. Driver contact information is provided for day-of-travel changes.
Liability
We will not be liable for:
- Loss of profit, business, or revenue.
- Business interruption.
- Loss of anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation.
- Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Our cancellation policy is based on our commitment to reserving vehicles exclusively for confirmed bookings.
